My privacy statement demonstrates my firm commitment to you

            As a licensed psychologist and neuropsychologist, trust is an important asset I provide to all of my clients.  A top priority is to keep personal and medical information secure.   I will not reveal or disclose confidential information unless my client authorizes me to do so with a signed release.   I adhere to Ethical Principle's and Code of Conduct of the American Psychological Association, as well as comply  with laws and regulations governing the practice of psychology and neuropsychology. 

Privacy Promise

• All information is collected with the sole purpose of providing clients with superior service.
• Any information provided by clients will be safeguarded according to the strict standards of security as specified by State laws and regulations.
• Only authorized employees will have access to client information for the purpose of administering my practice.
• I will always maintain control over confidential information as required by law.

• I will only share or disclose personal or medical information with external organizations or individuals after client consent for the purpose of administrating the client's account.

Security

    IDEASWebsite utilizes it's Internet Service Provider's (Mindspring Enterprises, Inc.) web host security measures to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of any information transmitted via my web site.  My web site contains links to other sites, and I am not responsible for their privacy practices or content.

Supplemental Information

    I or my staff may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer IDEASWebsite.

Children's Guidelines

    IDEASWebsite meets the guidelines of the TRUSTe Children's program.
